Time Magazine recently bashed the U.S. constitution with a cover that rivaled recently Newsweek's cover that bashed Mormons. Time portrayed the United State's most important legal document in shreds.
Times claims that the framers didn't know about the illegal war in Libya, Lady Gaga, or the debt ceiling, and thus they weren't capable to founding a set of laws to deal with new circumstances. "The Constitution does not protect our spirit of liberty; our spirit of liberty protects the Constitution. The Constitution serves the nation; the nation does not serve the Constitution." Um, doesn't the word constitution mean "health." A person serves their health don't they? A person's health gives them freedom and mobility doesn't it? And I'm pretty sure the founding fathers anticipated psychotic Presidents who spend us into oblivion and illegal wars for profit.
This is just part of the liberla propaganda push this July 4th season. It calls for an "evolving sense of civil and political rights." Typical social justice crap. And so with this photoshop above, I ask the question. Does Time still matter? Does the liberal media which seeks the destruction of anything fair and good in this world still plant itself in the hearts of Americans?
