Prop 8 Judge's Wife Filed Motion In The Case

Monday, December 6, 2010

Much like gay Judge Vaughn Walker, who overturned California's Constitution, Judge Stephen Reinhardt has personal involvements in this case that disqualify him. As Executive Director of the ACLU of Southern California, his wife Ramona Ripsto is a top activist against it.

The ACLU filed two friend-of-the-court briefs in the Proposition 8 case currently being considered. Due to this blatant conflict of interest, Prop 8 supporters filed a request for Reinhardt to recuse himself that was denied.

The American Civil Liberties Union, the National Center for Lesbian Rights (NCLR) and Lambda Legal filed two friend-of-the-court briefs in the case supporting the argument that Proposition 8 is unconstitutional. (
As it stands the 9th circuit panel reviewing the case is mostly radical liberal and will likely uphold the fascist decision.

Save the Constitution

Declaration of Liberty

In memory of our God, our Nation, our Religions, our Freedom, our Peace, our Families and our Fallen Dead;

WE THE PEOPLE declare that We will Never Yield to those who would place us in bondage. We will live for the Constitution and we will die for the Constitution, for we know that it was inspired of God for all of his Children.
