Abortion vs. Parental Rights: Destroying the Socialistic Agenda

Wednesday, December 29, 2010

Regardless of your opinion of Abortion consider this one critical issue.

The Left champions a woman’s right to choose to have an abortion regardless of the circumstances or the development of the unborn. It is after all her body, her right to chose. What business is it of the governments what she does with her body? It’s her child if she decides to give birth. And all the way the Left champions this right for a woman to decide her unborn child’s fate. Let us for a moment accept this opinion from the left for serious consideration. It is her body after all. She is the property owner so to speak. Possession is nine tenths of the law. What right does the government have to tell a woman what she can or cannot do with her body or with her child regardless if it is in the first or third trimester or a junior in high school?

So if this is the stance of the Left on this issue why is it that the Left Socialist feels the government has the right and according to Michelle Obama an obligation to step between parents and their children and attempt to control every aspect of the parent raising the very child the mother brought into the world. They feel you have no right as a parent to be a parent. They want to tell you what to feed them, not to discipline the child, how to educate them and every other aspect of the parent-child experience. The parent has been reduced in many ways to the role of a care giver only.

Can you see the dysfunction of one political movement standing on both these issues concurrently? In one breath the Socialist Left champions the right of a parent to decide life and death over an unborn child and in the next they want to protect the child from the same parent. Arrest the parent for using corporal punishment. Tell the parent when to feed the child. What school to send them to. What the child will be taught and thereby control what the child will think.

And when you combine both these stances of the left into one expression what is the end result? That you can kill your child before it is born but don’t discipline them in any way. Just be a care giver for the child and the government will do the rest. Don’t raise your child as a free thinking individual, the government will guide your child through the simulation process so they fit into society according to the planning commission. What is next? Will the government take over naming the children as well? But if you wish to end their life prematurely than by all means go right ahead. We will defend your right to do so! We will even provide tax payer funds to pay for it!

So here we have one political movement, the Socialistic Movement supporting both ends of a vital social concern. Can you see the insanity of this? Insisting that you have the right to kill a child but not to spank them?

The Socialist Camp over the last fifty years or so has done a great job of identifying their priorities and building platforms to work from. In this example they have even managed to take control of both ends of one of the most critical matters to most Americans: the birth, care and parenting of their children.

If the Conservative Movement is going to defeat the Socialist in 2012 we must start shedding light on this and many other issues. We must demonstrate the absurdity of the Socialist supporting both ends of a critical issue but not the middle of it. The middle of this issue is the Parent & Child Relationship. That part is being ripped to pieces by the Left.

We must expose the Left’s Absurdity. But how can this be done? By hammering on the insanity of it all. By pointing out that no one or party can legitimately support both ends of the spectrum of a subject and have any credibility. It is the Conservative movement that must attack on these issues. The Socialist have had the upper hand for decades now and it is time to start fighting for the high ground.
The Left’s platform is built on Propaganda that is based upon half-truths and lies. We must start shedding light on them rather than simply ignoring them. We have been ignoring them for fifty years and they are not going away but only getting bigger.
Lets fight the good fight, our future generations deserve something better.

MTV Show About Teen's Abortion

Tuesday, December 28, 2010

The evil media company known as Viacom is at it again. MTV has a new show called "No easy decision" about a young teenager who gets pregnant from reckless sex and decides to have her baby killed. This new low to get viewers seems to be part of a successful trend for Viacom: their stocks have soared recently.

Countering Socialist Propaganda

Tuesday, December 21, 2010

By
John S Hutchinson

The resolve of the Conservative Movement within America will soon be challenged like no other time in its history. We are now less than two years from the single most important event in our history since the signing of The Declaration of Independence. The election of 2012 will decide if America will remain a Democratic and free society or take the road of Socialism that is littered with the bones of failed social engineering and shattered lives of hundreds of millions of people since the guillotine was ushered onto the center stage of the French Revolution two hundred years ago.

Over the last thirty years, the Conservative Movement of America has been fighting skirmishes with the Socialist Left. While Conservatives have won some of the skirmishes, we have been losing the war to attrition and the propaganda of the Left.

And while we may justifiably blame the Left for intentional disinformation the body of responsibility is ours. We have let them twist the truth and suppress it. We have failed to understand that they play by a different set of rules than we do. While they understand our rules, we have not even begun to try to understand theirs. And we had better do it soon.

We allow the left to form the body of the debates with phrases rather than substance. They freely use terms like compassion, caring, fairness, hope, change, hope we can believe in, justice, equality and freedom in their attacks upon the Right and there is no Conservative voice calling them out on it. Where does ‘Hope’ fit in a discussion concerning balancing the budget or reducing the tax burden on working Americans? Rather than allowing them to throw terms like compassion and caring around to grab the higher moral ground why do we not ask them to do more than just talk about compassion and caring and create legislation that provides opportunity for everyone to progress and succeed? Would that not be more compassionate than simply doling out more welfare?

And what is Justice and Equality? Why does the Left have a monopoly on it? If the Left is going to demand Justice and Equality for certain segments of our population, can’t the Conservatives counter just as loudly that we are for justice and equality for all Americans? Would not we then have the higher moral ground? Yet we fail to act upon it! How can we allow them to speak of justice and equality in an unjustified and unequal way? Somehow we find a way to allow them to get away with it.

One of the main reasons I feel that the Conservative Movement fails to take the offensive is that we have allowed ourselves to become tone deaf to their rhetoric and propaganda. We tune it out and brush it off because we are tired of hearing it. But in doing so we allow them to turn their propaganda into a half-truth. And a half-truth presented to the ignorant becomes the whole truth when there is no opposing view presented to them.

The propaganda of the Left has been extremely successful in demonizing the Conservative Movement and the Republican Party as the party of the rich. But who can blame them? No one on the Right will point out that the Democratic Party is stacked with some of the richest people in the world including the well connected and powerful. Could we not point out that the Democrats and their supporters support by a large degree legislation that channels billions into their wealthy supporters pockets while spoon feeding their followers with entitlements and make work programs? It would not take much to turn this argument around and have them looking for a table to hide under.

Vladimir Lenin was legendary in his ability to move the masses with a few simple words with no truth to them. He simply told the masses what they wanted to hear. He stated often that the truth is whatever we want it to be and the end justifies the means. In other words, lie all you need to and the end results will make the lie a truth. Lenin was a master at propaganda and led a revolution that would result the deaths of over 100 million people worldwide.

What we need is to start countering them on every single issue when they are simply manipulating public opinion with pure propaganda and half-truths. They need to be called to task for it for each occurrence. Single them out for their remarks and hound them on it until they retract or clarify. When you have the Speaker of the House state that they have to pass a trillion dollar health care bill that she tabled so you can learn what is in it and no one slams her fingers in a door jamb over it, we have a very serious problem! That was not a half-truth by the third most powerful political leader in the nation, that was an outright lie. And to date she has not had to answer for it.

We can fight them and we can win. We have facts, statistical data, historical facts and real hope and change through sound management of government not just a feel good slogan and more entitlements.

But we need real leadership. We need to lose the blue suit image and gain the hard working blue-collar working American image. An American with some weight to his or her words. We need leadership that will take the fight to the other side and fight to win.

President Ronald Reagan provided that sort of leadership. He called them out and labeled them what they were. He called the evil empire what it was and brought the mad dog of the Middle East to heel. He also gained the following of many Democrats. Many of them were union workers, blue-collar hard working Americans that voted Democrat all their lives. But they saw real leadership and real truth in the words and deeds of President Reagan. President Reagan demonstrated real leadership.

And that is what we need today. We need a real strong and powerful voice on the Conservative side. Someone that will expose the half-truths of the propaganda machine of the Left.  For if we can expose the half-truths for what they really are, that being half-lies, than we can pull down the propaganda machine and start turning America around. For without their propaganda machine churning out half-truths and half-lies the Socialist on the Left have nothing to fight with.

Simper Fi America!

Socialist Verses Conservative Logic

Sunday, December 19, 2010

by John Hutchinson

In America today there are two polarized political groups that the vast majority fit into. One is called Conservative and the second Socialist. Both groups feel passionately about their opinions and the strongest opinion they both share is that the other camp is wrong and they are right.

But in order for either side to be right on the issues, they must have facts, events, history, and outcomes to back their opinions up. You would think that over the last fifty years this debate would have been settled several times over. It just keeps resurfacing every 15 to 20 years like a plague of some sort.

It is not just a matter of differing opinions. An often used example of differing opinions is: is the water glass half empty or half full. The optimist will say it is half full while the pessimist will counter that it is half empty. The divide that separates Socialist and Conservative mind sets is not due to a difference of opinion but rather WHAT their opinions are based upon.

The Conservative opinions are based upon the best information at the time. A Conservative will seek out information to form an opinion upon and as more information is learned is willing to alter or change their opinion based upon a better understanding of the known facts. Conservatives will often base their opinions upon a balance of what is fair to them and to others. Most Conservatives are satisfied with a general sense of balance between everyone involved. In the majority of cases Conservatives will defend their opinion based upon the information that helped them form it. More often than not, a Conservative will try to convince others that their opinion is correct but will not try to force their opinion on others. Conservatives also base opinions and beliefs on financial matters based upon a balance between spending and incomes. They will want to know where the money is derived from, is the cost justified, what the outcome will be. And finally, Conservatives tend to look upon what is best for their nation, state or community before their own desires. They for the most part feel that what is best for the country will in the end serve them the best. In general a Conservative’s opinion will be supported by as many pillars of fact as he or she can obtain. They are financial, statistical, historical, constitutional, legal and a sense of fairness.

The Socialist opinions are based upon desires to have something a certain way. They typically form an opinion first and then attempt to find the information to support their opinion and will ignore information that counters that opinion. Once a Socialist forms an opinion they rarely are willing to change it. If and when they do change it, it is often the same opinion only more radicalized.  Socialists rarely are willing to look at what is fair to others in regard to their desires and opinions. They seldom give thought or show concern that their opinions do not allow for the concerns of others and show no desire for a balance of what is fare. A Socialist will defend their opinions by attacking others with belligerent attitudes, personal attacks, insults and foul language. They will often take the debate off the subject matter in an attempt to get the conversation off the main topic. They will counter facts presented by their opponent with accusations that the other does not care, has no compassion or is a racist, homophobe, hate monger or worse. Concerning the vast majority of subjects, Socialists give no thought to the financial bases of their opinions and beliefs. Often the Socialist will counter concerns of the financial cost of their opinions and desires with accusations that the opposition does not care and lacks compassion. When attempting to convince others of their opinions they rely heavily on attacking the opposing views while presenting little or no facts to support their opinions. Often they will become belligerent and animated when confronted with someone of opposing views or simply refuses to follow along.  In general a Socialist bases his or her opinions or desires with little in the way of facts to support them. They do not attempt to balance their opinions with more than one string of information. And they base their opinions on what is best for themselves or their special interest group verse what is good for the nation or majority first.

In General

A Conservative’s opinions and desires are based upon facts and what is fair in general to all.

A Socialist’s opinions and desires are based upon a sense of want and entitlement for themselves or their special interest group.

Examples

Environmental Concerns

Most Conservatives are concerned for the environment.  They do their part to protect it. Examples include not littering, conserving materials, maintaining their cars to save fuel, not wasting electricity and many other considerations.

Most Socialist throw trash out their car windows, waste resources when they do not own them, trash public places but they do riot to protect the earth and demand billions and trillion be spent to protect the Earth from unknown and un-quantified threats.

Education

Conservatives as a whole support the funding of public education. But they expect results and accountability. They fell too much money is being spent on education with little to show for it. They also want the funds to be spend on the basics, not alternate lifestyles, how to be a Muslim or all the other special requirements. Conservatives what to know if their children are failing or not and at what level they are obtaining.

Socialist want education with no accountability. If the school is failing the children their answer is more money and no changes in accountability. They want outcome based education verses the basic education. They demand an environment where all the children are achievers and no child achieves higher than the rest.

Energy

Conservatives want economical and environmentally responsible energy. They want all means of generating electricity accessed and developed. But they want each resource regardless if it is nuclear, solar, petroleum, wind, tidal, coal or natural gas to be financially feasible. They believe each resource will come into its own as technology provides new means to develop and put into production the improve means to produce ever cleaner electricity.

Socialist want to shut down all nuclear, coal and petroleum power plants. They demand a rapid change to solar, wind and tidal when the technology for these industries are still being developed and the means of distribution are not even in place. In some states they have even got the government fining people for heating their homes with wood heaters on Spare the Air days! Their opinions and desires allow no allowance for financial considerations or the financial impact on others or the country.

Personal Lifestyles

Conservative are strong believers and defenders of Individual Rights of each person. That each person has the right to do as he or she pleases as long as they do not infringe upon the rights of others. And that each person’s personal lifestyle should remain personal.

Socialist demand not only personal freedoms for everyone but that the government acknowledge and in some cases financially support certain lifestyles. But in doing so they abuse their rights for they exercise their right while trespassing on the right of others. Socialist demand respect for their lifestyle of choice while at the same time attacking the lifestyles of others for no reason other than to cause humiliation.

Financial

Conservatives are for the most part financially responsible people who expect their government to also be financially responsible. They tend to budget and try to live within their means.

Socialists tend to be financially irresponsible and irrational in their spending. They tend to live for today and not budget. A large percentage of them are on welfare and have a very poor sense of responsibility. They also largely feel the government is not doing enough for them and express dismay as to why the government can’t simply pass out more money.

Patriotism

Conservatives in the vast majority have a strong sense of patriotism and love for America. They know its history and value how rare the American Way of life is in the world. They honor our military personnel, stand for the National Anthem and take pride in performing their civic duties large and small.

Socialist seldom display any sense of patriotism. Many of them will go out of their way to show their displeasure and hate for America. Many of them feel cheated by the American Way of life for they did not get everything they expected out of the American Dream.

We are all born Socialist. From our first thoughts we base our desires on what we want or need. Later we base our wants on what we are surrounded by and a desire to experience it. As we mature some of us develop a sense of responsibility and quest for knowledge so that we can understand why we want certain things a certain way. These are the first Conservative thoughts. We start thinking outside our own little world. Some of us continue to think only for ourselves with no concern for anything beyond that. Later we rebel against anything and anybody that counters what we feel belongs to us or denies us what we want. We do not seek out knowledge to help us understand what we think we know. Rather we know what we want and we only except information that supports it and refuse knowledge that counter it. This is the path a future Socialist takes.

A Conservative reasons thing out. A Socialist simply demands.

The difference between Conservatives and Socialist is not simply a difference of opinions but on a broader context a difference in mental maturity.

California's Dust Bowl 'Fish Study' Based On Junk Science, Judge Rules

Thursday, December 16, 2010

U.S. District Judge Oliver Wanger determined that the 2008 U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service report that turned off billions of gallons of vital agricultural water was faulty and needs to be re-evaluated.

There's no saying this will turn on the pumps and flip around California's economic depression, as the liberal environmentalist can just make up another phony study, and it upholds the ridiculous need to sacrifice farms to save a non-native fish. But it certainly drives the nail that these insane radical environmentalists are killing our economy based on junk.

sfgate- "In his much-anticipated decision released Tuesday, U.S. District Judge Oliver Wanger ordered the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to re-examine and rewrite its plan for the threatened delta smelt.

The agency’s solution for shoring up the collapsing species – namely cutting water exports to California cities and farms – is “arbitrary” and “capricious,” the Fresno judge wrote in his 225-page decision…

…Wanger’s ruling upheld the evidence showing that the delta pumps do indeed trap and kill many delta smelt – a consolation for environmental groups that had fought for pumping cutbacks. However, the judge found fundamental flaws in the scientific analysis on the benefits of trimming water supplies to urban and rural areas and said the federal agency failed to examine the economic impacts of such a policy."

A Touching Liberal Christmas Carol

Wednesday, December 15, 2010

T’was the night before Christmas, in a liberal home,
It was gloomy and heavier than the Metrodome dome.
They were each in their rooms, each in silence and shame,
In hopes that no Carolers would visit again.

Tis the darkest of days in the Liberal year,
Banned from schools, streets and courthouses, all that laughter and cheer!
For they know there’s no magic man riding sleighs in a suit,
Or child in a manger, What a crock! What a hoot!

Obama’s healthcare, was slashed by a GOP judge,
And the tax-cuts extended by some Democrat sludge,
Then the Christian extremists were all pealing with joy,
to make matters worse! How they stress and annoy!

‘I hate Santa Claus!’ the man shouted to chase away the mirth,
‘He never gave to me all I’m entitled to, or worth!
He’s a hypocrite, he's gone after just one small day,
Only rewarding riches, He hates Muslims and gays.’

His Red parents had made sure that he knew the real truth,
Between Ritalin shots and TV time in his room,
‘Don’t leave gift giving to some old white man, dressed in red,
It’s the government’s job to do that,’ they had said.

‘Free those twelve captive reindeer from that barbarous man,
And the minority elves, with no unions at hand.
Spread the wealth, save the trees, stop this dumb Christian sham,
That was copied from old legends, in the Egyptian land.’

Thus, this sad liberal muttered to himself all night long,
Till he put on a miserable Jane Fonda song,
The next morning he exploded when wished a good day,
‘God is dead! So are you!! Now get out of my way!!!’

Please don't take this poem seriously! [photo:^HikingArtist.com- flickr/cc license

Strategic Molotov Socialism

Tuesday, December 14, 2010

By John S Hutchinson

The Socialist and a few Republicans were handed a resounding defeat this last election. And many of the survivors are licking their wounds and looking for a rat hole to escape through. There are now three camps of survivors from the massacre. The Socialist Camp led by the Swamp Queen Pelosi and Flaky Harry in the Senate. The Republican Camp made up of RINO Republicans and then the Conservative Camp comprising of Tea Party candidates, a few Conservative Republicans and millions of pumped up supporters.

Many from the Socialist and Republican Camp say they GET IT now. But do they? I don’t think so. They are still recovering from shock. Some of the Republicans think they won a victory. They have not.

Even now some of the Republicans are looking to negotiate and find middle ground with the Socialist and that mind-numb President Obama in regard to the Bush Tax Cuts. This tells me that they just don’t get it.

The weak at-the-knee Republicans do not know who they are dealing with. They were so busy primping themselves for the camera that they failed to notice that the old Democrats are no longer around. The Zell Miller’s of the DNC have retired or been forced out. The old-school Democrats been replaced by Molotov Socialists, and they are here to play hardball while the Republicans still showing up with their net ball and POLO shirts.

What is a Molotov Socialist? One tough cookie! I named them Molotov Socialist after Vyacheslav Molotov. An Old Bolshevik of the now dead Union of Soviet Socialist Republics or the USSR. Molotov was the lead diplomat in negotiation with NAZI Germany before WWII and with the Allies after WWII. Both the NAZI’s and the Western Powers found him extremely hard to negotiate with.

Breaking!

"The decision from U.S. District Court Judge Henry Hudson, appointed by President George W. Bush in 2002, found that the insurance coverage mandate in the law “exceeds the constitutional boundaries of congressional power,” but chose to sever the relevant sections of the law, instead of invalidating the entire statute." Some CS Lewis for MSNBC

Sunday, December 12, 2010

Earlier this week, MSNBC made absolute fools of themselves when Chris Matthews and Richard Wolffe laughed at Sarah Palin for finding religious inspiration from the works of C.S. Lewis.  Apparently Matthews and his buddy never bothered to google Lewis and find out that in addition to writing a few books about Narnia, he was one of the leading Christian apologetics of the 20th century.

And now, for all you people who watch MSNBC out there, some long-needed inspiration from CS Lewis.

Where is our Misery Index?

By John S. Hutchinson:

Where is our Misery Index? Has it been stolen? Where did it go? I want answers!

I was out at Point Reyes today hiking along the Arch Trail to the coast and I suddenly realized our Misery Index is missing! There I was, just thumping along the trail taking a few pictures and humming a few meditational tunes (this is the San Francisco Bay Area after all) and thinking how good it feels to be out here experiencing the wonderful oneness with Mother Earth and not being miserable sitting about the house, and suddenly a light turned on in my memory. And not one of those Earth-friendly ones either but a 200 watt sucker! Where has our misery index gone? I need to write my Senator, SENATOR Barbara Boxer and Representative, The Swamp Queen; Nancy Pelosi and demand they investigate. I want answers NOW!

If you’re reading this and wondering what I ate for breakfast this morning you’re younger than I am. Most people over 35 should remember the Misery Index of the 80’s and early 90’s. It was a chart the news media put on the nightly news showing the unemployment rate, inflation, interest rate percentages, gasoline costs, electricity costs and other factors. They created it about the day Jimmy Carter did the ONLY correct thing of his presidency by leaving office after President Ronald Reagan helped him find the door. While President Reagan was taking the oath of office in January 1981 the media was hunched over their desks across this nation smoking cigarettes and thinking and plotting; of the two, most of it was plotting, for their not too good at the thinking. And after using a broken calculator and matchsticks they invented the Misery Index. I think one of them won a Nobel Prize in the creative propaganda category.

And for the next eight years of President Reagan’s Presidency and into the four years of President Bush Senior’s only term, we were tortured with this work of creative art! Nightly we were placed under duress, watching the news clips of the endless lines at the unemployment office. Then they were dragging homeless people out from under bridges and getting them to tell the American People how their plight was all Reagan’s fault. Then they would go find some single mother with seven children and get her to cry about how hard it is to survive on entitlements.

I recall one reporter airing a segment where he documented a park that was full of trash because he said that there was no money to pay for littler cleanup. Then a local newspaper reporter in the same small town reported the arrest of the news crew for littering because they were caught dumping garbage cans onto the park lawn to make it look as bad as possible. But at least they were doing it to show us how miserable we should be! If they had done that today in San Francisco it would have been declared art and they would have been awarded a citizenship award by Mayor Newsom.

So I want to know, where Our Misery Index has gone? Someone please go look under Dan Rather s bed. I know he probably has it rat-holed somewhere. We deserve to know how miserable we are today just like we did 30 years ago. If I recall, it melted away about the time William Jefferson Clinton started hanging his wife-beater tee-shirt on the post of the Presidential bed in 1993. And then it sort of started to show up again in 2001 when President George W Bush took office. But then it disappeared again after 9/11 for we had more serious matters to turn our attention to.

Defense Of Marriage Commitment Signed By 26 Diverse Faiths

Thursday, December 9, 2010

A wonderful effort by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, this letter was signed by Catholic, Sikh, Jewish, Mormon, Eastern Orthodox, evangelical, and Pentecostal communities:

Marriage is the permanent and faithful union of one man and one woman. As such, marriage is the natural basis of the family. Marriage is an institution fundamental to the well-being of all of society, not just religious communities.

As religious leaders across different faith communities, we join together and affirm our shared commitment to promote and protect marriage as the union of one man and one woman. We honor the unique love between husbands and wives; the indispensible place of fathers and mothers; and the corresponding rights and dignity of all children.

Marriage thus defined is a great good in itself, and it also serves the good of others and society in innumerable ways. The preservation of the unique meaning of marriage is not a special or limited interest but serves the good of all. Therefore, we invite and encourage all people, both within and beyond our faith communities, to stand with us in promoting and protecting marriage as the union of one man and one woman.

Prop 8 Judge's Wife Filed Motion In The Case

Monday, December 6, 2010

Much like gay Judge Vaughn Walker, who overturned California's Constitution, Judge Stephen Reinhardt has personal involvements in this case that disqualify him. As Executive Director of the ACLU of Southern California, his wife Ramona Ripsto is a top activist against it.

The ACLU filed two friend-of-the-court briefs in the Proposition 8 case currently being considered. Due to this blatant conflict of interest, Prop 8 supporters filed a request for Reinhardt to recuse himself that was denied.

The American Civil Liberties Union, the National Center for Lesbian Rights (NCLR) and Lambda Legal filed two friend-of-the-court briefs in the case supporting the argument that Proposition 8 is unconstitutional. (www.ACLU.org)
As it stands the 9th circuit panel reviewing the case is mostly radical liberal and will likely uphold the fascist decision.

Why the Socialists Hate Sarah Palin

Saturday, December 4, 2010

By John S Hutchinson,

Before I go further I want to thank each and every Liberal, Socialist, Communist, Democrat, free thinker, hooligan and mindless reporter on the left for their substantial contribution to making Sarah Palin the smash hit that she is within the political spectrum. I thank you all! You may have very well weaved the rope of your very destruction! Allow me to carry on!

Why do they hate her so? Well, they have expended treasure, oxygen and brain cells screaming their reason ever since John McCain did the only correct thing during his campaign and nominated Governor Palin as his running mate. They claim she is stupid, unqualified, draft, dumb, ugly, ignorant and fake. But that is not the truth and they know it better than Sarah’s supporters. The real reason they hate Sarah is that they fear her. And in that they are justified, for they have plenty to fear from Sarah.

They hate and fear Sarah Palin for the very same reasons her supporters and admirers value and admire Sarah. Both sides know Sarah can turn the American ship around and steer it in the right direction in 2012. Additionally her admirers and distracters know that Sarah is what is needed to return this country to prosperity and supremacy among all other nations. The Socialist sees this possibility as a disaster; how do you see it?

To express it in today’s terms: Sarah Gets It! Just when the Left thought the Conservative Movement was dead and buried along comes this Ice Hockey Mom come Governor of Alaska that is not bashful about kicking some real booty; so to speak. She tells it like it is and really does not care if you like it or not. She happens to actually believe in the message and, much to the irritation of the Socialist, so do millions of Americans! She is selling this - out of fashion - message that Sarah loves America and as it turns out America loves Sarah right back! This is causing a lot of Socialist and Left Thinkers to get their knickers in a knot over it all, and they really do not know what to do other than attack Sarah! And the more they attack Sarah the more America loves her. If only we can carry this hate from the Left over into the 2012 election we may very well see the first, Female, American President!

Do you think the NOW gang will be happy? Never mind…..

Sustainability: The New Requirement for American Government

Thursday, December 2, 2010

A brilliant read, from a man deeply involved in government-funded infastructure projects.

Sustainability.    Should this be the new guideline for the new Congress in January? I think so and for many good reasons.

Look at how the Government spends our hard earned money! And this applies to the Federal as well as State, County and City. They pour thousands, millions, billions and now trillions into pie in the sky programs only to have them fail five years later. What do they do then? They argue that the reason it failed was because we did not pour enough money into it. So they pour another couple of hundred million or billion into it. And be sure they will be back for another cash injection in a few years time.

Why? There is no sustainability built into these projects. And why is that? The answer is simple. If the politicians proposed a bill or measure that had true long term cost built into them, there would be lynchings on the steps of the capital building. Rather, all they do is project (That is a fancy way of saying guess) how much it will cost over say the next five years. By then it will be someone else’s problem to sort out.  And it will be the American Tax Payer that has to pay for it all over again. These programs and grand schemes that we are burdened with are never planned for the long term. There is no sustainability built into them.

All the politicians aim at is getting their pet project passed into law with enough money allocated to it to get it off the ground. Later they can cry for millions and billions more to keep it going.

Where does this leave you and me? My friend, we are paying through the nose repeatedly for the same failed results each time. Currently we are in debt to the tune of about $100,000.00 for every man, woman and child. And that debt is based on what we know about. And there is so much we don’t know about yet.

More Liberal Idiots: Huffington Post Comments on Christmas Bomber

Wednesday, December 1, 2010

The FBI arrested 19-year old Mohamed Mohamud who tried to use a car bomb to kill thousands of Christians celebrating the Christmas season in downtown Portland, Oregon.

Cause for celebration? Reason to congratulate the FBI for a job well done? Time to breathe a sigh of relief? Not if you’re a reader of the Huffington Post.

Here are our top twelve lunatic liberal comments at the liberal HuffPo.

1. sillyfrog
This is the perfect age for the military mostly because this age group can easily be influenced. The older law officers know this. I hope a smart good lawyer gets this kid out of this mess and gets him on a better path.

2. writersbloc
As a Black kid, foreign and Muslim, I can imagine him being on the receiving end of taunts and harassment, or just isolation. Or maybe he’s a sociopath. Maybe his mom didn’t hug him enough. Maybe people won’t stop asking him about Somali pirates.

3. MNmommy
Look at this young man’s beautiful face. He could have been redirected to modeling instead of encouraged in terrorism by the FBI. What does that say about us?

4. BIG JOHN
What’s worse, what this guy tried to do or what the teabagger who stumped the woman in the head did? I just wonder.…

5. HUFFPOST SUPER USER capt ayhab
How wonderful. Our entire intelligence apparatus is engaged in targeting a 16 year old Somalian named Mohammad, approaching him with fame and glory, wait till he is 18, teaching him how to build a bomb. Better yet build one themselves and detonate in remote area. Buy him a van, fill it with fake explosives. Get him a cell phone, give him a number to dial to explode the device in crowded and the arrest him.

6. photog606
ANOTHER “terrorist” manufactured out of whole cloth… the FBI only had to supply the time, the location and the phony bomb… then swoop in to save the gullible US citizenry from a scenerio THEY set-up and created.

7. harmlesstree
And I am sure this attempted terrorist attack, by a Somali, has nothing to do with what the U.S. has done to his homeland, just like 9-11, and all the other acts of Islamic terrorism directed against us, had nothing to do with the brutal foreign policy America conducts within the Islamic world? I must say, I love sanctimonious Americans whose government is, and has been since WW2, the greatest purveyor of violence, to borrow a line from Martin Luther King, in the world ( the U.S. is literally responsible for the deaths of millions of innocent people over the last 60 years) lecturing Muslims about violence!

8. Olethea
Please make an attempt to educate yourself. Religious terrorism is not limited to one religion. Here you go: The Christian Militia plot against law enforcement

9. Johnny Steps
This shouldn’t even be news, and the fact that the mouthbreathers are insisting this is validation of the efforts of our right wing anti terror campaigns is just insulting to those of us with anything resembling intelligence.

10. Earl
Do you think that muslim kids might feel a bit more “American” if we weren’t reserving public spaces for christian-only ceremonies?

11. EarDrummer
If america would learn humility then we wouldn’t have to worry about people trying to kill us, as it is, america’s lack of humility obligates people to kill us.

12. WRichardWagner
The FBI has hundreds of these muslim sleeper patsies. Whenever the public gets uppity about police state measures, they activate one.

Liberal Idiots: Obama is a Keynsian

This is what happens when people get their political news from John Stuart and Stephen Colbert...

An interviewer at the Stuart/Colbert's "March to Keep Fear Alive" rally on 10/2 (the pathetic, Huffington-SEIU-Socialist-funded response to Glenn Beck;s "Restoring Honor" rally that trashed the capitol) asked the idiot 20-something Stuart/Colbert drones if they thought Obama was really a Keynsian.  Hilarity ensued.

The Hypocrisy of The New York Times

The New York Times explains why it didn't publish Climategate emails:

The documents appear to have been acquired illegally and contain all manner of private information and statements that were never intended for the public eye, so they won't be posted here.

The New York Times explains why it did publish WikiLeaks documents (that were acquired illegally and contain all manner of private information and statements never intended for the public eye):

The Times believes that the documents serve an important public interest, illuminating the goals, successes, compromises and frustrations of American diplomacy in a way that other accounts cannot match.
 Via Tim Blair:

What Happened to States' Rights?

A warning and a challenge, by our associate John Hutchinson:

The United States of America. We often hear and say those words but they have lost their real meaning to the vast majority of Americans. The United States of America almost became the divided states of America, for while there were many common points that united the states, there were far more points that divided the states before, during and after gaining our Independence from England. A few of the states actually printed their own currency. As for the national defense, our army and navy were disbanded for the most part after gaining our independence in 1783. There was not a lot for the federal government to govern after the War of Independence was over. And this was good.

Our Founding Fathers intended for The United States of America to have a weak central, federal government. They knew well the danger of a powerful central government. They desired that the central government be just strong enough to perform specific duties that were essential to all the states equally: to provide for the common defense, for issuance of a common currency, and for trade between states and with foreign countries. But most of the authority to govern over the citizens of this great country was left to each state. And rightfully so.

I lived in Australia for about six years and I lost count of the times I had Australians try to tell me how America really was! But it depended upon what state they had visited on a holiday here or what the BBC or the Australian news had spit out. Oh, and they also thought they knew all about America by what American TV shows they had watched. One told me America was crowded, polluted, and ugly. All he saw of America was from the freeway from the LA Airport to Disneyland. But he thought ALL of America was like that. Another went red in the face trying to convince me that the living conditions in America were terrible. Just look at the poverty and despair. The poor fellow lived in an apartment that the most down and out welfare case in America would refuse to live in, and he could not afford to turn the heater on in the winter. What each Australian could not understand was that it was the United States of America they were trying to describe! Hell, there is not a single American that can do that in a generalized way! I used to say to the Australians that they needed to think of America as the United Countries of America. The reason I used this description is that all 50 states are different! Each state has its own laws, customs and ways of doing things. In the beginning each state was like a country unto itself. And this was wonderful.

Senate to Expand Taxpayer-Paid Abortions to Military Hospitals

Tuesday, November 30, 2010

New leadership may be on the way to Washington, but the Senate still remains under the control of Harry Reid and his anti-life coalition. Meanwhile, Planned Parenthood stands ready to cash-in some political favors in the next couple of weeks. With taxpayer-funded abortion on the ropes, anti-life lobbyists are scrambling to secure new forms of government funding. And military bases are their top target for expanding taxpayer-funded abortion.

Here's the situation: hidden within this year's Defense Authorization Bill is an amendment allowing military clinics to conduct abortions using your tax dollars. Written by outgoing Democrat Senator Roland Burris, this amendment decimates commonsense pro-life policy and allows military personnel to perform elective abortions in military facilities.

Simply put, the Burris amendment diverts limited resources to elective abortions that should instead be devoted to healing and protecting members of our armed services.

Judges Picked To Review Prop 8 Are Mostly Radical Liberal

Monday, November 29, 2010

It doesn't look good for the future of voter-approved Proposition 8, which was unconstitutionally overturned by radical gay Judge Walker. The allegedly "randomly selected" panel has two radical liberals and one conservative.

Judge Michael Daly Hawkins is a Clinton-appointee who helped legislate from the bench the anti-discrimination laws in the workforce. When they aren't busy making death threats against Mormons The San Francisco Chronicle describes Hawkins as a moderate.

Judge Stephen Reinhardt is well known as the most liberal judge in the 9th circuit, and that's saying something! He recently legislated from the bench that denying health coverage to a same-sex spouse is not allowed. If that isn't enough for the Jimmy Carter appointee, Reinhardt's wife was Executive Director of the ACLU of Southern California Ramona Ripston.

Judge N. Randy Smith is a Mormon who attended BYU, and a Bush appointee. I think it's safe to say he isn't liberal.

Gay Groups Overshadow Mormon Christmas Lighting With Phony Statistics and Attacks

Saturday, November 27, 2010

Local Fox news station KSAZ covered-up the Mesa Mormon Christmas lighting ceremony with a despicable propaganda piece that spread ugly and brazen lies about the religion.

At the same time the LDS church turns on 600,000 Christmas lights Friday night at the Mesa temple, the group lit candles and snuffed them out. The gesture symbolizes gay Mormons who have committed suicide, and is a call for tolerance and acceptance.

Fox assumes that around 600,000 Mormons committed suicide because they were gay, but no where in the article do they provide a single statistic about gay Mormnos. Fox illogically assumes that gay Mormons commit suicide because: "Arizona's suicide rate is one-third higher than the national average, and the state also has a large population of Mormons, so based on the numbers inferences can be made."

Yes, you read that right.

Fox goes on to make ridiculous assumptions about how many Mormons are gay: "People who support the outreach program say Arizona has about 400,000 Mormons, and based on population statistics, roughly 40,000 are gay." So a radical gay group falsely claims 10% of the population is gay... and that means there must be 40,000 gay Mormons in Arizona?? Suicide rates were 4 times higher among males than females; so does that mean 4 times more males are gay than females?? Does Belarus have 3 times more gays than the United States?

FOX 10 goes on to attack the Mormon church as intolerant and hateful: "Gay people say the Mormon church considers them sinners and has no place for them.... "You know it is not me that has a problem, it is the church that has a problem with who I am."

But gay current and former church members say, suicides among gay Mormons will not decline until the LDS church stops considering homosexuality a sin.""

How tolerant and accepting!!

Fox points to Utah's high suicide rate to implicate Mormonism, but Utah actually has a smaller suicide rate than Wyoming, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Colorado, and Idaho. So it would seem that as Mormonism is more present, the lower the suicide rate! That's because active Mormons are 7 times less likely to commit suicide than inactive members.

Cyber Attack Worm on Iran a "Game Changer" from "a Consortium of Western Intelligence Agencies"

Friday, November 26, 2010

The more we find out about the Stuxnet worm that infected and crippled Iran's nuclear program, the more amazing it reveals itself to be.
--The nuclear facility in Iran runs an “air gap” security system, meaning it has no connections to the Web, making it secure from outside penetration. Stuxnet was designed and sent into the area around Iran's Natanz nuclear power plant -- just how may never be known -- to infect a number of computers on the assumption that someone working in the plant would take work home on a flash drive, acquire the worm and then bring it back to the plant.

--Once the worm was inside the plant, the next step was to get the computer system there to trust it and allow it into the system. That was accomplished because the worm contained a “digital certificate” stolen from JMicron, a large company in an industrial park in Taiwan. (When the worm was later discovered it quickly replaced the original digital certificate with another certificate, also stolen from another company, Realtek, a few doors down in the same industrial park in Taiwan.)

--Once allowed entry, the worm contained four “Zero Day” elements in its first target, the Windows 7 operating system that controlled the overall operation of the plant. Zero Day elements are rare and extremely valuable vulnerabilities in a computer system that can be exploited only once. Two of the vulnerabilities were known, but the other two had never been discovered. Experts say no hacker would waste Zero Days in that manner.

--After penetrating the Windows 7 operating system, the code then targeted the “frequency converters” that ran the centrifuges. To do that it used specifications from the manufacturers of the converters. One was Vacon, a Finnish Company, and the other Fararo Paya, an Iranian company. What surprises experts at this step is that the Iranian company was so secret that not even the IAEA knew about it.

--The worm also knew that the complex control system that ran the centrifuges was built by Siemans, the German manufacturer, and -- remarkably -- how that system worked as well and how to mask its activities from it.

--Masking itself from the plant's security and other systems, the worm then ordered the centrifuges to rotate extremely fast, and then to slow down precipitously. This damaged the converter, the centrifuges and the bearings, and it corrupted the uranium in the tubes. It also left Iranian nuclear engineers wondering what was wrong, as computer checks showed no malfunctions in the operating system.

Are Airport Scanners Safe?

Thursday, November 18, 2010

Are the new scanners as safe as TSA claims? My guess is probably not. The fact that they haven't been properly studied, but are being pushed so hard elicits some red flags. TSA and GE have neglected to do the tests that doctors and scientists are demanding. They have disregarded expert questions repeatedly (when these experts have zero to gain and GE has 30 million).

Scientists and doctors (in the fields of biochemistry, biophysics, cancer research, x-ray crystallography and imaging) at UC San Francisco have raised some important concerns that are summarized below.

  • There has not been a meeting of an impartial panel of experts, including medical physicists and radiation biologists, where ALL of the available relevant data is reviewed.
  • The majority of the energy dose is delivered exclusively to the skin, which is dangerously high because it is not dispersed to the entire volume of the body. This is where TSA lied--see the next point.
  • TSA and GE misled the public by only getting indirect radiation testing (which shows the diluted dispersion throughout the body) rather than quantifying the Flux (the dose being deposited to the skin). They avoided the independent safety data so they could falsely claim that "It's like being on an airplane flight for 3 minutes".
  • If determining the Flux data (which is more relevant anyway) would put the whole radiation concern to rest, why hasn't this been done? Why are they avoiding it?
  • The danger to susceptible groups (children, elderly, the immunocompromised, pregnant women, those at risk for testicular and breast cancer) has not been studied sufficiently and specific guidelines have not been released regarding their risk.
  • Any glitch in the hardware or software that stops or slows the scan may cause an intense dose of radiation to a single spot on the skin. Will the TSA agent even notice the glitch? Who oversees it being fixed and ensures it is "safe" to use again?
  • What keeps a TSA agent from raising the dose just a bit to get higher resolution on a certain area they need to see clearly? What if the higher resolution is needed at particularly sensitive anatomy? Is this justified?
TSA has not been honest with the American people. Until the proper testing is done, why should we have to subject ourselves to these risks? (The solution is not to simply get the pat down instead. Groping of sexual areas by strangers doesn't increase our safety since the the likely location to hide things would require internal manual examination by airport staff).

WAR Raging in Texas, Fox Reports!

Fox News ran a special report today on the militarization of the Texas Department of Public Safety to deal with the increasingly lethal drug cartels.

“I never thought that we’d be in this paramilitary type of engagement. It's a war on the border," said Captain Stacy Holland with the Texas Department of Public Safety.

Holland leads a fleet of 16 state-of-the-art helicopters that make up the aviation assets used by the Texas DPS to fight Mexican drug cartels.

In recent years, the cartels have become bolder and more ruthless.

They cross the border with AK-47s on their backs, wearing military camouflage. They recruit in prisons and schools on the American side. Spotters sit in duck blinds along the Rio Grande and call out the positions of the U.S. Border Patrol.

To combat the cartels, the Texas Department of Public Safety is launching a counterinsurgency.

Tactical strike teams send field intelligence they gather to Austin to a joint operation intelligence center, or JOIC in military terminology.

“It certainly is a war in a sense that we’re doing what we can to protect Texans and the rest of the nation from clearly a threat that has emerged over the last several years,” said Former FBI prosecutor Steve McCraw, who runs the undeclared "war."

In other news, President Barack Obama and Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano have recently said the Mexican border is more secure now than it has been in 20 years.

US Government Admits To Keeping Logs Of Nude Aiport Passenger Photos

Tuesday, November 16, 2010

Naked photos of passengers from scanners were illegally stored in Florida, 35,000 photos in all. Another TSA lie exposed. Napitoliano claimed the machines were unable to save photos and it was their strict policy never to save the images.

What else are they lying about? Radiation is the main concern. I don't buy their claim that it is safe. Like with any x-ray device, I'm sure it pumps the body with radiation and puts frequent fliers at a high risk of getting cancer.

If you want the government to keep logs of nude photos of you that's fine, but I don't. Children have to walk through this device. How many pedophiles work in the TSA?

Nude Airport Screening or Groping? There is a Better Way!

Not only are the new imaging machines a violation of traveler's privacy, they don't work according to a leading Israeli airport security expert.

"I don't know why everybody is running to buy these expensive and useless machines. I can overcome the body scanners with enough explosives to bring down a Boeing 747," Rafi Sela told parliamentarians probing the state of aviation safety in Canada.

"That's why we haven't put them in our airport," Sela said, referring to Tel Aviv's Ben Gurion International Airport, which has some of the toughest security in the world.

The Israeli's use Behavioral Profiling to detect bombers, not bombs. They have been very effective.
The most effective check, as many analysts have commented, remains the human one, Israeli-style, designed to detect bombers rather than bombs. The system works: every passenger in the queue for the check-in at Ben-Gurion airport, or for any El Al flight elsewhere, is questioned, if only for a few seconds, by a trained ‘selector,’ who can basically conclude within a few seconds from someone’s reactions - body language and facial expressions more than verbal responses - to questions such as ‘Where did you come from just now?’ and ‘Did you pack your bags yourself and did anyone give you anything to take to someone else at your destination?’ who might be a potential threat from who is just the average tourist. This leaves time to ask people who might be a threat more searching questions before even considering whether to search them and their bags or not. As Daniel Pipes reminds us in an article almost 21 years ago, this is what saved an El Al flight from London in April 1986 from being blown up by the completely unwitting Ann-Marie Murphy, in whose luggage her Arab boyfriend had hidden a bomb.

Horror Stories Of TSA Groping At Airports

Friday, November 12, 2010

WND

A passenger named Barbara wrote to WND: "Coming directly from a 2-week hospital stay, arriving in a wheelchair, unable to walk or stand, and just less than 2 hours out of the hospital, I was met by the 'security' folks who seemed angered that I couldn't walk through their scan. Instead, in front of everyone, I was groped like a rapist might attack a victim. The probing certainly did not help alleviate the intense pain I had when I arrived at the airport. Shameful and inconsiderate behavior, totally inexcusable! I am an 84-year-old white female, 4'10", 110 lbs. and don't look like a terrorist or a terrorist's companion !!!!!! What happened to common sense???"

Another passenger, David, told WND he traveled to attend a sister's funeral in Los Angeles and found the security procedures at LAX "like a racist homosexual grope fest."

"This screener made me turn all my pockets inside out, patted me down four times, being particularly attentive to my crotch and butt. I asked him if he just wanted me to strip down naked and he said go ahead. My wife then approached a nearby sheriff, who brought these violations of my privacy, and person, to a halt," said the passenger, who described himself as a "middle class white guy."

"Oh yeah, it took him half an hour to maul me, misplaced my boarding pass, and almost made me miss my flight. Security is one thing, but a license to molest people is another," he said...

Another woman wrote...

Finally, a Delta agent checked again for me and said, "Yes, there is a flight I can put you on, but it leaves in 5 minutes, here is your ticket and boarding pass, RUN." So I did and [he] came with me. He told the situation to the first TSA agent and there weren't many people in that line, so I moved quickly up to the security check. A man, was scanning my OVERNIGHT bag (no big luggage at all) and my purse and motioning me through. A big stern-looking African American woman stopped him and said that she needed to pat me down, wan[d] me, go through my luggage, etc. The other TSA man told her that my flight was about to leave and that he knew that my purse and bag were fine. I was wearing open flip-flops, a cotton skirt and a t-shirt. I am as American looking as apple-pie! Then my nightmare started. She had me spread my legs and she SLOWLY frisked me. Then I said, "Can I go now, my flight is so important to me, I'm attending a funeral?" That made her furious. She informed me that I was NOT co-operating with her and that she was IN CHARGE, and that crying (I was sobbing) would not do me any good at all with her. The other TSA officer begged her to let me catch my flight, … she blew him off.

The result was that the woman, Lana, missed her flight and the funeral.

Margaret, who endured a "pat-down" in Chicago, wrote, "This entire thing is bull----; assault and battery by a goon, or naked pictures. That's now the choice? What has happened to this country?"....

"All seemed to be fine. But the TSA employee asked me to step aside to the table. She needed to see what was in the carry-on. I knew there couldn't be anything suspicious in the bag, so I thought this was just a 'random' thing. (And we all know how many terrorists have been caught by 'random' screenings). But, no, it wasn't random at all. The screener at the belt saw something in the bag he 'didn't like,'" she told WND.

"My trip had been to Wisconsin. While there I had purchased eight pounds of fudge at a fudge shop. It was packaged in eight-one pound boxes. The boxes fit snugly in the bottom of the carry-on. … The TSA employee asked me to empty the contents on to the table and open up each and every one of the boxes. I tried to tell her it was just fudge. But, she was the almighty TSA, not to be denied. They have all that power and, OH, how they love to use it. She then called yet another TSA person over to examine the 'contraband.' By this time I'm sure she realized it was just what I said it was – fudge. But she had to justify herself. I was expecting a SWAT team, with automatic weapons to swoop down on me at any time. (I'm not sure, but I thought I heard the strains of 'Valkyrie' in the background.) Also, by this time, the aroma of fudge could be smelled throughout the terminal. Finally, they all agreed it was just fudge," she said."

Why California Lost Big This Election

Tuesday, November 9, 2010

In an article by Steven Baldwin, a hard-hitting syndicated radio talk show host in the San Diego area, there are ten good reason why California missed out on the Tea Party Revolution that rolled across the United States last Tuesday.

Even states like Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Florida and others heard the message that has been sent over the past eighteen months that we've had enough. Enough of the over-reach of the Federal government into our personal lives. Enough of over-spending with our tax dollars. Enough of the assaults on our Constitution.

But California missed that message. California elected dozens of hard left candidates and removed the 2/3 vote in the Legislature that protected us from out of control budgets. California will pay a huge price for this down the road.

Here are the reasons that Steven Baldwin believes are the chief ones:

#1 - The Unions totally control this state unlike any other state. The Assembly Democrat Caucus outspent the Republican Assembly Caucus 8 - 1 and 80% of the Democrat money came from unions. No other special interest group has this level of power and money. On the other hand Republicans have to raise their money from voluntary sources.

#2 - The business world supports the Democrats. Most of us didn't realize this, but every single business PAC in California, except for three, gave more money to the Dems than to the Reps. Why? Because they feel the Dems are in power indefinitely and want access in order to protect their industry from bad legislation. Unfortunately, the alligators will eventually eat them as well.

#3 - The State GOP Leadership is incompetent and should all resign. If we are losing seats in the biggest election year for Republicans and Conservatives in 100 years, there's a problem with the candidates that they are putting out there for us to vote on. They're not listening to the voice of their people.

#4 - The Tea Party movement is not yet effective in California. Unfortunately, California is carried by San Francisco and Los Angeles. Without inroads in those two areas, we will never move California back to the prosperous state that it once was.

#5 - Voter fraud is alive and well in California. ACORN has reconstituted itself under new names. They are active all over California and seem to have no fear of the authorities. ACORN chapters engaged in massive fraud in San Diego and elsewhere and no one ever even investigated their activities despite pleas from local officials. It is estimated that there were at least 50,000 fraudulent voters registered to vote in San Diego County. Most likely it would be ten times that statewide.

#6 - Obama ignored our military voters. The Obama Administration refused to enforce federal law that requires states to develop a plan to get ballots out to military veterans in a timely fashion. As a result, hundreds of thousands of military personnel based here in California were unable to vote.

#7 - California public schools teach progressive values. Schools are no longer teaching the student about our American history and founding. They are no longer taught the Constitution and its values. Instead, they are taught morals and values that usurp that of the family. They've lost sight of the three R's.

#8 - California culture has diluted the intellect of our voters. More than any other state, California is saturated with the Hollywood entertainment culture. The average Californian knows more about Snooky and other reality shows than they do their own government. Our obsession with Hollywood has created a generation that is shallow and does not seem to care about anything but the next thrill or show plot.

#9 - The Left has targeted Hispanics for indoctrination. There are scores of leftist groups in California that target Hispanics for indoctrination. They perpetrate myths about the Republican Party that have little to do with reality. They believe that we are only for the rich and not for the hard working individual of this state. The Left loves to exploit immigrants for their own political gain.

#10 - Arnold Schwarzenegger proved there's no distinction from Republicans and Democrats and Whitman's views didn't help either. Our current governor embraced many tenants of the left, thereby undermining the reputation of his own party in California. Whitman's support of Schwarzenegger's liberal views on global warming, abortion funding, gay rights, etc. confirmed for many voters that the Republican Party was no longer (and hasn't been for a long time) a conservative party.

Can California ever be turned around?

We definitely have our work cut out for us, but I believe that we can. We didn't get here overnight and we won't get out overnight. I also believe that if we take each of Steve Baldwin's reasons, there are things that we can and should do over the next two years.

Here are my suggestions:

#1 - Dealing with the unions. A "Pay-check Protection" initiative needs to pass in order to disrupt the union money machine. We tried this year, but were so new and not yet organized, it didn't make the ballot. I believe that we can do this again and this time, it will get on the ballot.

#2 -
Business supporting the Dems. We need to get involved with businesses and their PACS and encourage them to put their principles first and support pro-business candidates. If we can do that, we can turn California around.

#3 - Central Committees. We need to get our local Tea Party Patriots on our local Central Committees to help set policy for choosing candidates. With TPP individuals involved in these committees, we can see to it that true conservative candidates are put on the ballot.

A word of caution however. We cannot become part of the GOP, we need the GOP to become Tea Party Patriots. That is a true area of concern.
We in no way want to be identified as Republicans.

#4 - Making an impact in California. Tea Party Patriots need to seek out conservative individuals and work with them to run for offices. We need to learn how to draft solid candidates and help them get involved with campaign schools that are run by Tea Party Patriots.

We also need to help those that live in those areas that we term "The belly of the beast" and help them launch groups. We need to back them and support them and be ready to intervene for them as they make that decision.

#5 - Dealing with voter fraud. To get rid of voter fraud, we need to draft legislation that would require identification when registering to vote as well as when going to the polls.

Another step we need to take is during voting, TPP need to be poll watchers.

#6 - Protecting our military. We need to support our military to see to it that they have their opportunity to vote. Of all the voters, they need to be protected. Prior to the election, the CA TPP leadership were working with our local legislators making sure that our men and women received their ballots.

Pacific Justice Institute has taken the charge for us as well and we all need to contact our legislators when the new session begins and demand that they have checks in place to protect our military.

#7 - Getting involved on the local level of government. It is imperative that we get our members on local school boards. NorCal had the County Board of Registrars come and speak to our group prior to the deadline for filing to run for local offices. After that meeting, we had 17 go and sign up to run for local positions that were open. We got several on local school boards, the water districts and even city councils. We need to accelerate this effort in the next two years.

#8 - Our Hollywood culture. As for the Hollywood culture penetrating our society, that begins with the homes and family. It can be influenced by us as we set an example for them to follow. Be your own person. Think for yourself. Move away from the TV and do your own research to understand why you believe what you believe.

#9 -
Getting the Hispanics along side. So many Hispanics have true core values that are in alignment with ours. We need to give them opportunities to speak whenever possible. Beyond that, we need to encourage, equip and support those individuals to go into their communities to educate their voters and to start their own Tea Party Patriots group.

#10 - Combating the role of the Republican Party vs. the Tea Party Patriots. We need to realize that not all TPP candidates won their election. We have been criticized in the media for that saying that the Republicans didn't get control of the Senate by supporting conservatives. They say that we could have had even more seats in the House if we hadn't nominated a TPP candidate. I disagree with that.

I admire those who didn't win as much as those who did for standing on principle and not compromising just to get elected. I might point out that those so-called "moderate" candidates, like Meg Whitman, were soundly defeated because there is not much difference in the two.

Let's send a message that we want Conservatives running for office to represent us in Congress and not those who are willing to compromise the values and principles of our Constitution.

It will take a lot to turn around California but we can do it. We can't if we quit or get discouraged. We can't if we think that we need to compromise on our core values. We can't if we think that the Republican Party is the answer to our problems.

Iowa Voters Dismiss Gay Marriage Judges

Wednesday, November 3, 2010

Good for Iowa

Three Iowa Supreme Court justices lost their seats Tuesday in a historic upset fueled by their 2009 decision that allowed same-sex couples to marry.

Vote totals from 96 percent of Iowa's 1,774 precincts showed Chief Justice Marsha Ternus and Justices David Baker and Michael Streit with less than the simple majority needed to stay on the bench.

Their removal marked the first time an Iowa Supreme Court justice has not been retained since 1962, when the merit selection and retention system for judges was adopted.

The decision is expected to echo to courts throughout the country, as conservative activists had hoped. (Des Moines Register)

Voters Guide To California 2010: NO for Judge Moreno

Tuesday, November 2, 2010

Tani G. Cantil-Sakauye- NO- Nominated by Gov. Backstabber, Tani gets the full support of radical liberal media like SFGate as a "moderate Republican." Liberal Maxine Waters doesn't like her, so that's something she has going for her, but I can't find any rulings from her anywhere. Better safe than sorry.

Ming W. Chin- YES- Voted to uphold proposition 8 against gay marriage.

Carlos R. Moreno- NO- Voted to legalize gay marriage in 2008 and against proposition 8. For the others, I'm just going to do the opposite of Maxine Waters' recommendations.

YES: Robert Mallano, Tricia A. Bigelow, Victoria G. Chaney, Walter Croskey, Steven Suzukawa, Orville “Jack” Armstrong, Paul M. Coffee, Frank Y. Jackson, Elizabeth Annette Grimes.

NO: Jeffrey W. Johnson, Judith M. Ashmann, Steven Z. Perren, Laurie D. Zelon.

Proposition 19- NO- Everyone has strong opinions on the marijuana law...

Proposition 20- NO- Changes to redistricting procedures tend to end bad. This will relinquish democratic control from voters to unelected representatives.

Proposition 21- NO- No new taxes to save the guppy fish... environmentalist nonsense.

Proposition 22- YES- Liberal California Progress report opposes it because it would "protect local government redevelopment agencies—at the expense of other state priorities like health care."

Proposition 23- YES- At the very least suspend phony global warming laws that hurt our economy.

Proposition 24- NO- Liberal California Propgress report opposes this because it "maintains corporate taxes at the same level it has been, rather than allowing special interest tax break of over a billion-and-a-half dollars go into effect." It would prevent lower taxes for small business.

Proposition 25- NO- This makes the Democrat agenda much much easier in Congress by lowering the majority to pass anything.

Proposition 26- YES- Makes it harder to add extra fees and taxes on citizens and businesses.

Proposition 27- NO- The Democrats, George Soros, teachers unions, etc. all support this. Again, voters need to have some control of redistricting but they also need to be checked by a commission.
