Firefighters Win Lawsuit After Being Forced To Walk In Gay Parade

Wednesday, February 18, 2009

After being denied by liberal judges, they should call themselves lucky after making an appeal. The battle is over though, the city now plans to appeal.

The San Diego firefighters were ordered to march in a gay parade where they saw half-naked people engaging in sexual acts and making lewd actions at them. The city fought their complaints every step of the way, but they won a total $34,300. That won't come even close to covering their legal fees, however.
